Sivustolle kirjautuvat ja henkilötietoja antavat ainoastaan Luomuksen henkilökunta. Muiden käyttäjien henkilötiedon keräys rajoittuu kohdan 12: Evästeet ja tilastointi -tietoihin
5. Rekisterin tietosisältö
Luomuksentyöntekijä voi ilmoittaa seuraavia henkilötietojaan:
- Nimi
- Sähköpostiosoite
- Käyttäjän rooli
- Käyttäjätunnus Helsingin yliopistossa
Lisäksi tallennetaan kaikkien käyttäjien IP-osoite sekä pyydetty sivu.
6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Rekisterin tietoja saadaan
- Suoraan Luomuksen työntekijöiltä itseltään
- Selaimesta tai sovelluksesta, jolla käyttäjä käyttää tietopankkia
7. Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset
Henkilötietoja ei siirretä tai luovuteta EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.
8. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Rekisteriin tallennettuihin henkilötietoihin on pääsy vain rekisterinpitäjän valtuuttamilla nimetyillä ylläpitäjillä. Henkilökunnan tietoja pääsevät näkemään ainoastaan mutu henkilökunnan jäsenet. Kaikki henkilörekisterin käyttö lokitetaan.
Henkilötietoja kuljettava verkkoliikenne on suojattu salatuilla protokollilla. Tietoverkko ja ATK-laitteet, joilla rekisteri sijaitsee, on suojattu palomuurilla ja muilla teknisillä toimenpiteillä. ATK-laitteet sijaitsevat lukitussa ja valvotussa tilassa.
9. Tarkastusoikeus ja tarkastusoikeuden toteuttaminen
Jokaisella on oikeus saada tarkastaa itseään koskevat tiedot. Tarkastuspyyntö osoitetaan rekisterinpitäjälle.
Tarkastuspyyntö on maksuton korkeintaan kerran vuodessa (12kk) toteutettuna.
10. Tiedon korjaaminen ja tiedon korjaamisen toteuttaminen
Jokaisella on oikeus vaatia rekisterissä olevan virheellisen tiedon korjaamista.
Korjaamispyyntö on syytä tehdä kirjallisesti ja riittävän yksilöidysti: pyynnössä on ilmoitettava nimi sekä virheelliset ja korjatut tiedot. Pyyntö osoitetaan rekisterin ylläpitäjälle (katso yhteystiedot kohdassa 2).
11. Muut mahdolliset oikeudet
Henkilötietoja ei käytetä eikä luovuteta käytettäväksi suoramainontaa, etämyyntiä ja muuta suoramarkkinointia eikä markkina- ja mielipidetutkimusta eikä henkilömatrikkelia ja sukututkimusta varten.
12. Evästeet ja tilastointi
Palveluissa käytetään evästeitä (engl. cookies). Evästeet ovat internet-palvelun käyttöä kuvaavia tietoja, jotka tallentuvat esimerkiksi käyttäjän laitteeseen ja joita voidaan käyttää internet-selaimen ja -palvelimen välisen yhteydenpidon ohjaamiseen. Käyttäjä voi halutessaan estää evästeiden käytön selaimensa asetuksia muuttamalla. Tällöin osa palveluista ei välttämättä toimi.
Palvelujen käyttöä tilastoidaan anonyymisti lokitiedostojen ja evästeiden avulla. Käyttäjien henkilötietoja ei yhdistetä liikennöintitilastoihin.
Palvelujen käyttöä tilastoidaan myös Google Analytics -palvelun avulla sivuston kehittämisen ja ylläpidon tarpeisiin. Googlen palvelimelle lähetetään palvelun käyttäjän IP-osoite, vierailtujen sivujen osoitteet, käyttöaika sekä teknisiä tietoja selaimesta.

Only staff of Luomus register and provide personal info to these pages. For other users the use of data is limited to data mentioned in chapter 12: Coockies and website traffic statistics

Luomus staff can provide the following personal information:
- Name
- User role
- User id in University of Helsinki
For all users IP-address and request page and user-agent are stored.
6. Regular sources of data
Data is gained from Luomus staff themselves and from users’ browsers.
7. Regular disclosure of data and the transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Personal data are not disclosed outside the EU or EEA.
8. Principles of data security
Access to personal data is limited to individuals authorised by the controller of the data file. The network and IT devices housing the data file are protected by a firewall and other technical measures. The devices are located in a locked facility under surveillance.
9. Right of access and its implementation
Every data subject in the data file has the right of access to the data pertaining to themselves.
Requests for accessing the data must be submitted in writing in the form of a personally signed letter or in person at the premises of the controller of the data file. Requests are to be addressed to the controller of the data file (see contact details in section 2).
Requests for access are not subject to a fee when submitted no more than once a year (12 months).
10. Data rectification and its implementation
Every data subject in the data file has the right to demand that inaccurate information about them be corrected.
Requests for data rectification should be made in writing and with sufficient specificity: requests must include the data subject’s name, as well as the inaccurate and accurate information. Requests are to be addressed to the controller of the data file (see contact details in section 2).
11. Any other rights
Personal data are not used or disclosed to be used in direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing, market surveys and polls, or for the compilation of genealogies and registers of individuals.
12: Cookies and website traffic statistics
This Internet services uses cookies. Cookies are information describing the use of internet services, stored, for example, on the user’s computer and available to control communications between the web browser and server. Users are able to block cookies from the settings of the web browser they are using. Some parts of the service may not function in this case.
Anonymous statistics on the usage of the service are compiled with the help of log files and cookies. The personal data of visitors will not be connected with usage statistics.
Usage statistics are compiled with the help of the Google Analytics service only for website development and maintenance purposes. The website address and visitors’ IP addresses will be sent to a Google server.
